Do you want to know how to have a bikini body? Step one- put on the bikini.  This isn't your average bikini body program. You already have a bikini body just by putting one one.  This is a program to help you feel strong and fit so you can do all the things you want to while rocking your bikini- water skiing, volley ball, swimming etc. 


Please keep in mind the meal plan guide is just meant to serve as a guide.  You might need to add in more calories or double the recipes depending on your personal goals and needs.  Please do not drop your calories too low!  I do not support crash dieting and you need to eat to support your muscles and health!
